To Pascale Roberge, business success is about achieving triple bottom-line growth in people, profit and the planet. For more than 25 years, Pascale has elevated organizations across various sectors and in multiple countries to define their true purpose. Her passion is to design corporate strategies that enable businesses to uniquely meet their client needs while tapping into their core organizational capabilities that create value for all stakeholders.

Most recently, Pascale served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Initiatives at BDC, where she led the development of new market strategies addressing the needs of Canadian SMBs. Additionally, she redesigned the internal governance model and chaired the Leaders Council, a cross-functional strategic advisory and executive alignment group.

She co-founded VSA Inc., offering strategic management consulting for medium-sized businesses in Canada, and MyComsik, developing an international mobile roaming solution.

As a management consultant, she worked for top tier advisory firms in London, England and Barcelona, Spain, where she led multinational teams on projects across continents. Prior to that, she worked as an Industrial Engineer with Air Canada, where she and her team developed a new user interface to streamline their reservation operations.

As a TEC Chair, Pascale leads CEOs to achieve sustainable growth for their businesses and uplifts them to new heights personally so they can lead with purpose and make an impact on society and the environment.
