Under my guidance, performance doesn’t just improve; it excels. With my unique perspective derived from roles as an oil and gas executive, university lecturer, and entrepreneur, I continue to accelerate the growth of business leaders in New Brunswick and across Atlantic Canada through my consultancy firm and as a TEC Chair.
Having served as the former Chief Human Resource and Public Affairs Officer at an oil and gas company where I spent nearly two decades shifting the needle, I am a leading expert in the field of human resources. I specialize in driving company success through the implementation of strategic initiatives and am known for my pioneering work in diversity programs, leadership development, and innovative learning & development initiatives. With my career focus on inclusivity, innovation, and empowerment, I’ve helped shape the future of organizations and their leaders at every turn.
As a TEC Chair, my mission is clear: I challenge individuals and organizations to exceed their limitations and achieve remarkable results. My credentials, including a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and an MBA, along with a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation, underscore my expertise. Moreover, I have completed the ICD Directors Education Program at the prestigious Rotman School of Business.
Through connection with me, leadership transcends the ordinary, paving the way for extraordinary achievements. With my transformative vision and unparalleled dedication, I guide my TEC CEO group members to new heights, ensuring that their arrows of ambition hit the mark of exceptional success—every time.
On a personal note, I am an avid traveler, board member, and community change leader. I am known for my commitment to building organizations and teams to increase socio-economic conditions within my region and working with organizations committed to ending generational poverty, building entrepreneurial capacity, and creating opportunities for those who are underrepresented in the workplace.
