Chairing is a combination of listening and coaching and a blend of pushing and waiting. You’ll help drive business development, network to find prospects and connect members to the right people to aid their success. It’s your job to cultivate the best group dynamic and foster group connection that drives impact for its members.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate group meetings and hold members accountable.
  • Provide executive level coaching and guide members to achieve their goals.
  • Help members create action plans to tackle issues.
  • Meet one-to-one with members to identify leadership challenges and opportunities.
  • Select relevant speakers from TEC’s exclusive database to maximize the impact for your group(s).

10+ years of corporate leadership experience as President, Chair of the Board, CEO, COO, Managing Partner, Principal, Founder, Owner, or Senior Executive with significant P&L responsibility.
Possess the ability to listen, probe, and challenge CEOs and Senior Executives; TEC Chairs are not consultants nor do they recommend solutions. They evoke conversations that lead the members to solutions.

Ability to make TEC top priority for the initial 6 – 9 months during group build and launch process.

An entrepreneurial spirit with fearless leadership skills and advanced emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
