Professional
A strategic economist and advisor, Louis-Samuel is passionate about making an impact and guiding leaders towards success.
He began his career in a consulting firm, providing advice in environmental economics, agri-food economics and strategic planning. When he joined the executive team, his team successfully doubled output within a year through implementing an effective management system. Once the company was sold, he launched his own management consulting business, which later merged into KPMG-SECOR. Having spent a few years with top accounting firms, he currently provides independent consulting in strategic planning and leadership development. Over the years, he has advised or partnered with over 300 companies and organizations of all kinds, including philanthropies, manufacturing companies, co-ops and public companies, improving their management systems or providing insights.
As a former TEC member, he understands the value of in-person interactions with other leaders and speakers who bring their expertise and experience to the TEC meetings. Seeing the impact TEC has on leaders and businesses inspired him to become a TEC Chair. Over the years, he has advised the leadership team of over 300 companies and organizations of all kinds, including philanthropies, manufacturing companies, co-ops and public companies, conducting strategic planning exercises or improving their management system.
