“As a skilled interviewer and facilitator, I dig deep to ask the right questions to uncover the insights that drive business breakthroughs.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
As a TEC Chair, I’m dedicated to helping C-suite leaders tackle their toughest challenges.
With a 20-year career as a national broadcast journalist and network news anchor, I’ve had the privilege of interviewing some of the world’s top economists, business leaders, and award-winning innovators. I understand the pressures senior leaders face and am committed to helping CEOs navigate the complexities of Industry 4.0.
As President and founder of National Content Solutions Inc.—a WBE-certified, ESG-driven content and communications consultancy—I’ve trained and advised a diverse array of CEOs, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Our work has helped foster new public-private partnerships in sustainable manufacturing, elevated Indigenous innovators in sustainable finance, and showcased the team behind Canada’s first social impact bond.
“I have seen first-hand that it’s not the strongest or most intelligent leaders who thrive, but those who are most adaptable to change.”
While establishing a clear vision and communicating it are essential for leading change, the true challenge lies in embedding that change operationally within the organization.
That’s why National Content Solutions has partnered with TEC Canada to help Canadian business leaders advance their goals in preparation for the challenges of Industry 4.0. As innovation challenges grow, ongoing leadership support becomes more vital.
Today, C-suite leaders face an increasingly complex environment that demands agility and innovation. I support a “team of teams” approach that fosters collaboration and leverages diverse perspectives across the organization. This interconnected framework enhances problem-solving and accelerates decision-making, crucial for navigating rapid change.
Peer advisory groups and one-on-one coaching further accelerate this process, allowing leaders from non-competing industries to share insights. These collaborative environments build resilience and empower leaders to thrive in an ever-evolving business climate. The TEC model is built on exactly these same principles, and I am delighted to contribute to this important work.
On a personal note, my husband Steve and I have been married for over 25 years and have two wonderful children. Life-long learning remains a passion for all of us.
In my spare time, I have served as a volunteer member of The President’s Special Advisory Council for New Degree Development at Sheridan College, and the Institute’s Professional Advisory Council for Public Relations/Corporate Communications. I am also a certified sustainability instructor and enjoy teaching part-time. I am delighted to now bring this collective experience to the TEC community as a TEC Canada Chair.
I welcome CEOs and C-suite Leaders who share a passion for courageous, servant leadership, driven by performance, with purpose.
