A Little Bit About Me
Passion drives my commitment to helping leaders achieve their business and personal goals. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an ability to build top-tier organizations and execute winning business strategies.
My experience as CFO of Andrew Peller Limited and as President of Global Vintners has provided me with valuable insights on the challenges and successes of growing a business. During my tenure at Global Vintners, I led the completion of four acquisitions, established a multi-channel distribution strategy, and cultivated an organizational culture deemed an Employer of Choice. These efforts Established Global Vintners as a global leader in personal wine-making products and services, growing the company from $35 million to $65 million in annual sales.
In my role as a TEC Chair and Executive Coach, I am committed to empowering business leaders to embrace fresh perspectives, discover new opportunities, and move forward with confidence. I eagerly share the perspective of a director, the experience of a CEO and the passion of a business owner with fellow chief executives.
On a personal note, I reside in Grimsby with my wife, who I share six children and eleven grandchildren with. Sporting activities, especially golf, are among my favourite pastimes. Additionally, I serve as a Director at McNally House Hospice, furthering my commitment to community well-being.
