As a TEC Chair, I am passionate about helping leaders succeed in a world defined by rapid change, complexity, and opportunity. I believe the strongest leaders are energized by change rather than threatened by it, and I take real satisfaction in mentoring executives as they navigate today’s business challenges while pursuing meaningful personal and professional growth.

My career has given me a unique blend of strategic, executive, and technical experience. As Founder of BLDscale Consulting, I advise owners, boards, and leadership teams as a fractional CEO and advisor, helping them navigate growth, transformation, succession, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled operating models. My work centers on aligning strategy with execution, strengthening governance, and building the systems and leadership capacity that drive results.

Previously, as President and Managing Director of Multiplex Construction, I led a successful turnaround of the Canadian business, with a strong focus not only on performance, but also on culture, leadership, and team design. Earlier in my career at PCL Construction, I founded and scaled several businesses and contributed to enterprise-wide innovation and digital transformation. These experiences shaped my belief that lasting success happens when strategy, technology, process, and people are intentionally aligned.

At the board table, I want to create an environment where forward-thinking leaders connect, learn from one another, and grow together. I am passionate about building trusted groups that are curious, open-minded, and excited by the possibilities ahead.

Outside of work, I value time with my wife, staying active through golf and pickleball, and making memories with our two grown children…though our two dachshunds might argue they are just as important.
