Throughout my professional journey, I have held several C-suite positions, each contributing to a diverse and enriching career. Some of these roles included President and CEO of Crestline Coach Ltd, President and CEO of Western Building Centres Limited, Senior Consultant at MNP LTD, a leading firm in corporate finance and advisory services in Canada. In diverse industries, I have gained an aptitude for the core competencies that every organization needs to excel: strategy, culture, employees, customers, execution, sales, marketing, and risk management.

In addition to leading organizations to become Canada’s Best Managed winners, and acquiring multiple ABEX and SABEX award, my expertise includes leading management buyouts, working with private equity firms, building high-performing teams, and helping others develop and execute strategies for success. As an advocate for peer groups and executive coaching, I bring my experience to TEC, fostering impactful experiences within its supportive environment. With over 25 years of senior executive business experience, I am ready to guide today’s business leaders toward life-changing experiences, surpassing what they believed was possible.

On a personal level, I hold the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and the ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors, ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program. I am also a proud father of two adult children. My passions outside of my professional life include sports such as golf, basketball, the NFL- being born and raised in Saskatchewan, I am a Roughriders fan. As a farm boy at heart, I was born and raised on a Saskatchewan farm that I now oversee for my family.
