Professional

A sense of humility, charity and spirit have fueled Joe in a successful and diverse career that includes entrepreneurship, executive coaching, sales leadership, management consulting, technology and security, and managed services from major global corporations to start-ups.

While at ICL Canada, his programming innovation set a global standard and led to an offer to head the development team for Fujitsu-ICL in Australia. Upon return, he co-led the Canadian organization and sat on its board. Joe’s track record of integrity-based success resulted in him being serially recruited, including: Open Connect Systems, Nova Expertise Solutions, DMR Consulting, Ernst & Young, Motorola, TELUS and Symantec to provide pivotal strategies, execution and thought leadership.

He led Motorola’s sales team through a critical solution focused transformation. Results catapulted and Motorola Canada won more global awards than any period in their history. His pivot to entrepreneurship came when he saw a market gap for effective enterprise mobility solutions. He co-founded Unified Mobility, quickly winning contracts with Tier 1 corporations.

As a TEC Canada Small Business Chair, his passion is to make a lasting difference to help small business entrepreneurs realize significant impact, build high performance groups, accelerate member business results and lead a more fulfilling life.
