A Little Bit About Me
Throughout my diverse career, I have been fueled by humility, charity, and spirit. I have navigated successful ventures in entrepreneurship, executive coaching, sales leadership, management consulting, technology and security, and managed services from start ups to major global corporations.
During my time at ICL Canada, my innovation in programming helped set a global standard and led to an offer to lead the development team for Fujitsu-ICL in Australia. Upon my return, I co-led the Canadian organization and served on its board, where I consistently maintained a track record of integrity-based success. My role on the board lead me to be serially recruited by renowned companies to provide pivotal strategies, execution, and thought leadership. These companies included Open Connect Systems, Nova Expertise Solutions, DMR Consulting, Ernst & Young, Motorola, TELUS, and Symantec.
At Motorola Canada, I lead the sales team through a critical solution-focused transformation, resulting in great success and more global awards than any period in the organization’s history. Because of this, I attained Motorola’s most coveted partner award, the Pinnacle Club. Recognizing a market gap for effective enterprise mobility solutions, I co-founded Unified Mobility, securing contracts with Tier 1 Corporations.
In my current role as a TEC Canada Small Business Chair, I am committed to make a lasting difference by helping entrepreneurs realize their impact, build high-performance groups, and accelerate their business results.
On a personal level, I am happily married and have two sons, along with seven grandchildren. I find joy in spending time with my family, whether it’s going on trips, cherishing traditions, or simply playing a board game together.
