With a solid background in team management, talent recruiting, improving organizational performance, and planning, I make a compelling business leader. Known for my creativity and talent for business development, I am a source of inspiration for leaders who seek innovation and transformation through a collaborative, human approach.

In 2013, out of 32,000 members, I was honoured with the “Prix d’Excellence” by Québec’s Chambre de la Sécurité Financière (House of Financial Security) for my performance, boldness, and leadership over a 25-year career in financial services. As a purposeful creator, I designed and implemented a customer relationship management system for fourty sales representatives, achieving over 200% sales growth to existing customers. A born entrepreneur, I launched the Pregnancy Booklet in 2008, a tool for young mothers distributed through Quebec’s healthcare system, with 40,000 copies distributed annually.

As a TEC Canada Chair, I approach my practice by starting with the most important element, the individuals in my group, adding my vast skillset of guiding effective and dynamic teams. I cultivate constructive interactions within my group, out of which emerge inspiring and innovative solutions.

On a personal note, I hold a dual MBA in Business Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and Université Paris-Dauphine. I am also a certified practitioner of the cutting-edge method “Business Model You” and contributed to the French translation of the book “Design a Better Business.” Outside of my professional endeavours, I am a mother of three children and a proud grandmother. Additionally, I’ve completed nearly a dozen triathlons, including the legendary Ironman 70.3 Mont-Tremblant.
