Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
My career began in operations and quality management, and I quickly advanced into senior Vice President and Site Director roles. Over 30 years, I have led large-scale operational transformations by aligning corporate objectives, clearly communicating vision, and executing disciplined plans that deliver measurable results.
I hold a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University. I also hold an Institute of Corporate Directors designation and have been recognized as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, grounding my leadership in both operational excellence and governance discipline.
As a TEC Chair, I bring structure, clarity, and rigor to the room. With over 10 years of experience and having earned Chair Excellence and Master Chair designations, along with the Red Shoe Award, my groups experience structured problem-solving, diverse expert speakers, and true peer accountability — the kind that drives real execution, not just conversation.
Outside of work, I live in Quebec with my husband and three children. I’ve been honoured as one of the Top 100 Businesswomen in Quebec by Entreprendre Magazine, recognized by the West Island Chamber of Commerce for Manufacturing, and awarded the Order of Honour from the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
When I set my mind to transforming operations, big results follow. My career began in various operations and quality management positions, quickly moving into the senior level Vice President and Site Director roles. Over the span of 30 years, I have transformed operations by aligning corporate objectives, communicating the vision, and successfully executing plans. As the Site Director of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, I managed Canadian operations, including a plant with production costs exceeding $100M.
The power of my TEC group lies in my vibrant background. Members will experience a variety of speakers, structured problem-solving, and be held accountable, which has proven results.
On a personal note, I reside in Quebec with my husband and three children. I hold an Institute of Corporate Directors designation and earned a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University. I’ve been honoured as one of the Top 100 Businesswomen in Quebec by Entreprendre Magazine and have received accolades from the West Island Chamber of Commerce for Manufacturing. As well, I have been recognized with the Order of Honour from the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
