Monica is a wonderful person and an amazing coach. I started my business less than 3 years ago and was finding my way. Things really started to click after I joined TEC and met Moncia. I truly value our 1-2-1 sessions. Monica is open and honest and gives the advice you need to hear, and it is not always what you want to hear 😊. I also appreciate the dynamic that Monica is creating within our group. We are an eclectic group of individuals from all walks of life which I value very much. I am learning so much from everyone and Monica has been teaching me to lean into my strengths to help teach others as well.
