The video that I shared of Lindsay rolling around and popping a wheelie with a torn Achilles was from our retreat last year. I think this short silly video defines how Lindsay approaches TEC and coaching. Firstly, he doesn’t let anything get in his way of an event or duty that is TEC-related. Secondly, he makes sure to have FUN with challenges that present themselves. And thirdly, he puts 100% of his effort and focus into everything he does – including pop-a-wheelies with a torn Achillies.
I have had the distinct privilege of having Lindsay as my TEC chair for the past few years, and it’s hard to express just how transformative this journey has been. Lindsay has not only been a mentor but also an indispensable guide through some of the most challenging phases of my professional and personal life.
Under Lindsay’s mentorship, I’ve gained not just invaluable business insights but also crucial life lessons that have shaped my approach to leadership, decision-making, and personal growth. His wisdom, patience, and keen understanding of the human aspects of business have been nothing short of a lifeline in tough times.
Thanks to Lindsay, I’ve navigated complex challenges with greater confidence and clarity. His support has been instrumental in not just safeguarding but also significantly advancing my career and personal life. Lindsay has a rare ability to foster resilience, encourage thoughtful reflection, and inspire action that leads to substantial and meaningful change.
To anyone fortunate enough to cross paths with him, Lindsay is a mentor of the highest caliber and a transformative presence. His impact is profound and enduring, and I am immensely grateful for his guidance and unwavering support.
