Regarding my gratitude for Chris, the thing that stands out for me is that Chris is never shy about telling you what you need to hear. He is direct, matter of fact and states his opinion in a non-judgemental way. He speaks from his life/ business experiences, both good and bad, and is not afraid to share these with the group. We often tease him about his directness on “sensitive” matters but the essence of his comments are usually right. He is absolutely fearless in both his personal and business life. He teaches us stretch for goals.
The attached picture is was taken at TEC retreat at Whistler where we all went axe throwing. Hence all the hatchets respectfully aimed at his head.
