Today, I lead strategic development, M&A, financing, governance, and organizational transformation — always with a hands-on, results-driven approach. I serve as Executive Chairman of Boyden Holding, a vertically integrated meat company serving New England and New York.  

My expertise includes Strategic planning & execution, corporate governance & culture, Technology integration & AI Transformation, Resource optimization, Restructuring and, of course Mergers, acquisitions & exit strategy  

We help entrepreneurs shift from working in their business to working on it — building stronger structures, healthier growth, and higher valuations. I also support leaders in preparing the next generation and designing their “what’s next” through a proprietary framework covering the 12 dimensions of life fulfillment.

Personal
I hold postgraduate degrees in finance and business management from UQAM. Outside of work, I recharge through running, skiing, martial arts, meditation, and gardening. I’m always learning — especially about investing and business transformation — and I treasure time with family and friends, because fulfillment matters more than success alone.
