A Little Bit About Me
My professional journey began at an early age when I ran my family’s poultry business as a child, imparting valuable business skills that would later help me self-fund my college education by owning one of the most popular Pool Houses in the city. Even today, I continue to explore various entrepreneurial endeavors.
As a well-travelled Field Engineer and Research Specialist in the oil and gas industry, my understanding of human behavior, systems, and processes has provided real-world insights into the success of businesses of all sizes. Holder of two master’s degrees from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, my greatest academic achievement was graduating with a Master of Science in Management with Distinction. Committed to lifelong learning, I recently earned an advanced diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching, with coaching accreditations from the ICF (ACC) and EMCC Global (Practitioner Level).
While I have achievements in Data Analysis and Research Engineering, including co-authoring a USA Patent application resulting in a multi-million-dollar service contract, my natural ability to understand people and connect the dots remains a core strength of mine.
In my previous role as a Research Specialist, I managed key research projects, interpreted results, and advised top executives. Transferring these skills to my current management role, I work with leaders and executives, analyzing circumstances and guiding them in making optimal decisions for their organizations.
My experience, coupled with a commitment to running and growing businesses, ensures that members of my TSB Group receive a personalized journey of growth enriched with real-world wisdom. As a TEC Chair, I am dedicated to utilizing TEC’s proven platform to help leaders, CEOs, and business owners find their purpose and achieve their big dreams.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, taking walks, playing games at a game center, and going to the cinema. Country music is my go-to for relaxation and inspiration to dream big, work hard, appreciate life, and help people. I am happily married and a proud father to three amazing kids.
