The Asper School of Business recently hosted the 2023 Rod Senft Family Business Conference, bringing together family business leaders, advisors, and academics to discuss succession planning in family enterprises. The two-day conference at the University of Manitoba campus focused on the theme “Succession Planning in Family Enterprise—Align the Family and the Business will Follow.”

Dr. Cory Hrushka Receives Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal

Novatech Analytical Solutions, a renowned distributor and integrator of customized analytical instrumentation solutions since 1986, is making headlines with its recent executive buyout. The executive buyout, concluded in 2021, allows key individuals who have played a pivotal role in Novatech’s success to become shareholders. FrĂ©dĂ©ric Vergès, Matthew Welland, Karl Corriveau, Jean-Christophe Arènes, Stuart Simmonds, and François Godin are now part of the company’s ownership.

Pollard Windows and Doors: A Legacy of Family and Innovation for 75 Years
