As a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience, I have lead breakthrough performance improvement projects and advised many business leaders.
After completing a B.A. in Economics, I joined a small manufacturing business where I advanced into a management role and subsequently, an ownership position. Here, I discovered my passion for achieving business excellence. From there, I pursued an MBA at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business before joining KPMG Consulting as a Business Transformation Consultant.
Inspired by my work in transforming leadership, culture, and overall performance, I co-founded and launched Stevenson Frail Associates Inc., collaborating with clients striving to achieve business excellence. With experience in the broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction, services, energy, rentals, legal, public sector, telecommunications, software, and education, I bring my a wealth of knowledge encompassing various business models and industry best practices to the table.
In my role as a TEC Chair, I create a stimulating environment that encourages members to come together and exchange new insights, challenging one another, and promoting personal and professional growth. My goal is to provide a life-altering experience for TEC members, where they engage with a high-performing community of growth-oriented individuals.
On a personal note, I hold a B.A. in Economics from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. As well, I am an accomplished public speaker and mentor. Outside of my professional life, I am married to my wife, who I successfully competed in Ironman Canada with in 2014. I also enjoy downhill skiing and mountain biking with my family.
