James Frail is an innovative business leader with over 25 years of experience leading breakthrough performance improvement projects and advising business leaders.

After completing a B.A. in Economics, James joined a small manufacturing business where he advanced into a management role and subsequently an ownership position. Here, he discovered his passion for business excellence. He subsequently pursued an MBA at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business before joining KPMG Consulting as a Business Transformation Consultant.

Inspired by his work in transforming leadership, culture and performance, he co-founded and launched Stevenson Frail Associates Inc., where
he partners with clients striving to achieve business excellence. With experience in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction, services, energy, rentals, legal, public sector, telecommunications, software, education and public sector, James brings his understanding of multiple business models and industry best practices to the conversation.

As a TEC Chair, James provides a stimulating environment for members to come together and gain new insights, be challenged and to challenge themselves to grow into stronger leaders.
