“I envision a vibrant space where passionate leaders freely exchange ideas, challenge, and inspire each other leveraging collective knowledge.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
I am a passionate professional with a rich background spanning over three decades in the agriculture industry. Throughout my career, I have served in various roles, including Sales and Marketing expert, Program Manager overseeing publications and multi-media, and an Agricultural Knowledge Consultant. My journey has been defined by the cultivation of meaningful relationships, a steadfast commitment to ongoing learning, and the sharing of knowledge—serving as the cornerstone and impetus for transformative change.
During my corporate tenure, I played pivotal roles in guiding cross-functional teams and shaping content strategy for Farm Credit Canada’s (FCC) farm business management initiatives, showcasing my strategic acumen and unwavering dedication. A notable achievement was spearheading a team of internal and external professionals to craft a mental health publication tailored for agricultural producers and agribusinesses, providing invaluable resources and tools that left a lasting impact across Canada.
As a seasoned Professional Facilitator for nearly two decades and a business owner in consulting, I excel in fostering dynamic conversations and empowering clients to navigate challenges effectively. I firmly believe that the diversity of thought and people in my experiences leads to spectacular outcomes.
Drawing from my wealth of expertise, I have now assumed the role of TEC Canada Chair, leveraging my skills to guide and support business leaders in their professional journeys. With a foundation built on knowledge-sharing, transformative change, and dynamic facilitation, I continue to be a driving force in shaping successful outcomes for individuals and organizations alike.
On a personal note, I find joy in my family life. I am married and blessed with three children and three grandchildren. I enjoy a good latte, reading, the outdoors, and travel. I have been a member of the International Association of Facilitators since 2012.
