A Little Bit About Me
With 22 years of dynamic executive experience, my career has been a journey centered on growth, strategy, and profitability, leading to my current aspiration to share my knowledge and contribute as a TEC Canada Chair. Starting with a solid foundation in operations supervision, I have held significant leadership roles at renowned organizations in the QSR, Retail, Home Services and Education sectors.
My purpose is people-centric: “To develop future leaders, inspire teams, and add value to an organization.” My professional narrative is marked by tangible achievements, including spearheading recruitment and onboarding, achieving a remarkable 26% YoY improvement in key account management, and pioneering account reporting systems that boosted performance metrics by 81%. Additionally, I directed four divisions to a formidable $35M revenue, while my tenure at another company saw a 66% YoY growth through astute strategic planning.
A significant highlight of my career is the successful scaling of select companies achieving double and triple their sizes respectively.
What sets me apart is my fervor for continuous learning, evident through diverse experiences across various sectors and education in areas like Digital Marketing and Conflict Management. My leadership style combines servant and strategic leadership, emphasizing mentorship and operational excellence. This approach has played a pivotal role in driving teams to surpass targets and fostering organizational growth.
On a personal note, I hold a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, complemented by continuing education in Digital Marketing and Understanding & Managing Conflict at the University of Toronto. I am Salesforce for Reports & Dashboards certified through Certstaffix Training (2023). Outside of my professional pursuits, I am passionate about volunteer work, an avid biker, and a culinary enthusiast with a keen interest in food photography. My journey is further colored by a love for travel and exploring diverse cultural experiences, enriching my perspective both personally and professionally.
