A Little Bit About Me
With over 35 years of dynamic business leadership experience, which includes the successful venture of building and selling an international consulting firm, I have built a reputation as a dynamic professional.
Equipped with an MBA from Ivey Business School, my formal education combined with real-world experiences has prepared me to offer valuable advice, lead, and help others build impactful businesses.
In 1993, I founded Pricing Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping clients achieve substantial growth in market share and profitability. Under my leadership, Pricing Solutions achieved international success, expanding to include offices in Toronto, Boston, London, and Singapore. Throughout my consulting career, I developed a profound understanding of customer diversity and the need for tailored value propositions that resonate with consumers. My expertise in business growth has contributed to adding billions of dollars in value to the bottom lines of companies, including industry giants like Lego, John Deere, GE, J&J, Molson, Nestle, Pfizer, Scotiabank, Rexel, ABB, Michelin, Medtronic, McDonald’s, LexisNexis, Exxon, Rogers, and FedEx. Despite working with heavyweight names, I’ve also worked with small and medium-size entrepreneurial firms, collaborating with dynamic leaders committed to excellence.
Before selling and exiting Pricing Solutions in 2019, I was a TEC speaker and saw first-hand how TEC members helped each other achieve great results- personally and professionally. As I deeply resonated with the TEC community and its values, I decided to take on the role of TEC Chair, aiming to provide a unique perspective to the TEC experience and foster the growth of today’s business leaders. As a TEC Chair, I surround myself with dynamic leaders, steering the group towards a persistent pursuit of growth, innovation, and personal excellence.
Outside of my professional life, I reside in Toronto with my wife and our dog Puddles. A proud father to a wonderful daughter, I balance my interests by being a basketball enthusiast, member of a men’s book club, meditation instructor, and avid bike rider.
