“Businesses don’t succeed, people do. Imagine your confidence and leadership success with a coach and a group of peers who help you look inside for answers… and even let you stand on their shoulders to see further, discover options, help you focus and have fun along the way.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
For over two decades, I have integrated the psychology of Transactional Analysis with my business acumen to facilitate executives in achieving greater success in their business and leadership roles while finding increased satisfaction in their personal lives.
My journey led to the founding of The Change Institute in Europe after leading human resources functions with Shell. Recognizing that exceptional business success hinges on human transformations within leadership, my mission evolved into helping leaders and their teams understand human motivations and behaviours- starting with themselves.
Many high-performing executives struggle with emotional challenges such as anxiety, unworthiness, and perfectionism, hindering them from achieving their full potential. Through my guidance, my clients learn to harness their personal powers and transform their internal challenges into confidence and clarity. Beyond surpassing their financial goals, my clients emerge as exceptional leaders who are brilliant thinkers and communicators who influence others to harness their human talent crucial for the success of their companies, organizations, and the world.
In my role as a TEC Chair, I facilitate a CEO peer advisory group. Together, we explore what high performance requires- trusting, connecting, caring, and daring. Collectively, we learn the art and science of making our highest contributions to each other, translating these lessons into effective leadership within our teams. My group attracts those who recognize the pivotal role of people in their success and are willing to understand themselves as well as others to harness human potential fully.
On a personal note, I hold an MBA from the University of Alberta and have three Transactional Analysis Master’s level certifications that are globally recognized for organizational and personal applications for change. I have lived in Ireland and have travelled to Europe to work with clients. As well, I’ve hiked the Grand Canyon twice. Personally, I am happily married with two adult daughters and three adult stepchildren.

Group Vision
You will be attracted to my group if you think people really are the key to your success and are willing to do the hard work of learning to understand yourself and others to harness all that human potential. People sometimes need help to get out of their own way so their brilliance can shine through and make good things happen.
