A Little Bit About Me
I’m a champion of progressive thinking and adaptation by Charles Darwin’s famous quote: “It is not the strongest species that survive nor the most intelligent, but the quickest to adapt to change.” This principle has been my north star in business, marked by the initiation and operation of multiple enterprises, emphasizing the significance of adaptation.
Dynamic thinking became my strongest trait during a 15-year leadership journey in North America with an Italian manufacturer. The organization experienced rapid growth, expanding from 100 to 2,500 people, with business volume soaring from tens of millions to several hundreds of millions of dollars. The global presence expanded from a few countries to over 70, demanding confidence and vision amid uncertainty.
In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, leaders must continue to adapt. TEC represents an opportunity for me to share and mentor individuals ready to learn, develop, and reach new heights in both business and personal life. As a TEC Chair, I believe that leading a group of driven individuals to become their best through peer group dynamics, thought leadership, and a global network is the pinnacle of fulfillment.
On a personal note, I hold a BSc from the University of Trois-Rivières and completed three years of leadership school at The Leadership Center. Married since 1991, I am the proud parent of three grown-up children. Fitness is a priority, with a daily running routine and regular workouts during the week. I am an avid reader, always ready for downhill skiing, cross-country, skating, playing hockey, cycling, or engaging in a game of soccer.
