“As a life-long learner, I am passionate about personal and professional growth, challenging myself through encouraging others in their journey of life and business.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
With over 30 years of experience and executive leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations, SMEs, and supporting entrepreneurial ventures, I understand the imperative need for leaders to adapt in the transforming world of work. I help guide business owners so that they can make their biggest impact- both personally and through their organizations.
My notable accomplishments include successfully launching the Canadian division of Old Navy and overseeing the growth of a specialty retail chain from 19 to 51 stores within 2 years, increasing profitability by 5 BPS. With P&L responsibility for revenues ranging from $12M to $150M and oversight of teams up to 750 employees, results-driven leaders can trust that I comprehend their specific challenges and will hold them accountable to their goals.
As a life-long learner, I am passionate about personal and professional growth, challenging myself through encouraging others in their journey of life and business. Joining my TEC Small Business group is the ideal solution for business owners finding themselves immersed in the day-to-day operations rather than focusing on strategic growth. As a TEC Chair, my mission is to provide small business owners with a safe forum to explore, learn, and grow – ultimately increasing their profits and work-life balance. Those ready to embrace a proactive mindset and step out of their comfort zones to make critical decisions for long-term, sustainable growth shouldn’t hesitate to get in touch.
On a personal note, since moving from the city to the “country” five years ago, my life partner and I have enjoyed renovating our century home, tending to an ever-expanding vegetable garden, canning/preserves, and caring for our laying hens, German Shepherd dog Reva, and adopted stray cat, Sir Isaac Earl Grey. As a lover of interior design and decorating, I have assisted my partner in designing and “flipping” residential properties, and together, we run a small Airbnb business.
