Leaders must adapt to successfully lead in the transforming world of work, and few know how to do this better than Brenda Gingerich. Drawing upon over 30 years of experience and executive leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations, SMEs, and supporting entrepreneurial ventures, Brenda guides business owners to make their biggest impact – both personally and through their organizations.

A few of Brenda’s notable accomplishments include successfully launching the Canadian division of Old Navy and growing a specialty retail chain from 19 to 51 stores within 2 years – increasing profitability by 5 BPS. With P&L responsibility for revenues ranging from $12M to $150M and oversight of teams up to 750 employees, results-driven leaders can be assured that Brenda will understand your specific challenges and keep you accountable to your goals.

As a life-long learner, Brenda is passionate about growing and challenging herself through encouraging others in their journey of life and business. Joining her TEC Small Business group is the perfect solution for a business owner who finds themselves working in their business more than they are working on their business. As a TEC Chair, Brenda’s mission is to provide small business owners a safe forum to explore, learn and grow – increasing their profits and work-life balance as a result. Those who are ready to embrace a proactive mindset and step out of their day-to-day operations to focus on the critical decisions that will lead to long-term, sustainable growth, shouldn’t hesitate to get in touch.

TEC Group Vision

This group is for entrepreneurs who are hungry for personal and professional growth and want to be challenged to make their biggest impact. We embrace our diversity of backgrounds and thoughts – believing that each member must be willing to step out of their comfort zone to explore their biases and be open to evolving for the better.
