A Little Bit About Me
As a TEC Chair, I work with growth-minded business owners and CEOs who want more from themselves, their leadership and their businesses, and who value peers willing to challenge their thinking and help them, and their company, grow.
For more than two decades, I have worked in and with over 500 small and medium-sized businesses. Over the past decade, that work has included working closely with more than 100 CEOs and senior leaders of businesses at all stages. I have lived business from multiple seats such as founder, business owner, leader and also as a coach/advisor.
Working across different businesses and organizations has taught me to recognize patterns, connect ideas, ask better questions and help people gain clarity and confidence in their choices. Paired with my background in psychology, interpersonal communication and strengths-based development, it shapes how I see business performance and the people who create it. Businesses grow through people – starting with the leader and extending to the people they lead.
My approach is to be a respectful challenger, guide and ally. My strength is challenging assumptions, exploring different perspectives, widening the way leaders think and helping them find their right way forward.
