Professional

Bob Turner is a high performance executive coach. As a TEC Chair, he has the opportunity to guide and encourage other business leaders as they develop a vision, mission and corporate culture within their organizations. He is passionate about business and dedicated to helping owners and entrepreneurs achieve heightened success.

Bob’s successful career experience is a source of inspiration for his TEC Group. His early success at Ernst & Whinney’s Toronto office earned him a transfer to Vancouver, where he established a new consulting division in the late seventies. The company later merged to create KPMG.

“Bob’s priority is to help TEC members create personal and professional strategic plans that will keep them focused on meeting – and exceeding – their goals.”

Bob took the merger as an opportunity to launch his own consulting firm, R. Turner Management Consultants Inc. Bob’s company specializes in strategic planning, business counsel to the owner-operator, organizational restructuring, and translating corporate strategy into strategic initiatives.

With Bob’s efforts now focused on viability assessment, operations appraisal and restructuring/turnaround management, his expertise is applied across a broad spectrum of industries. He works together with clients and TEC members, advising them on how to restructure their activities to regain profitability. From those first steps, Bob continues to work with clients who are building their businesses to new levels of success.

TEC Group Vision

“Each member has ownership in the group that keeps them interested, engaged, actively participating and continuously learning.”
