She believes that “we don’t always have all the answers, we sometimes need others to see that there are new ways to solve old problems.”

Membership longevity is a characteristic of his group Ed deeply values. But he also recognizes the importance of recruiting new members to ensure an infusion of fresh ideas and new thinking.
