My journey into the professional world began with running my family’s poultry business, where I learned the ropes as a young entrepreneur.
Fast forward to today, I have become a well-travelled Field Engineer and Research Specialist in the oil and gas industry. My travels have given me a unique perspective on human behaviour, systems, and processes- I have witnessed how businesses, big and small, find their paths to success.
I hold two Master’s degrees from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, United Kingdom- one of which I am extremely proud of was graduating with a Masters of Science in Management with Distinction.
I am committed to being a lifelong learner, recently graduating with an advanced diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive coaching backed by coaching accreditations from both the ICF (ACC) and EMCC Global (Practitioner level). Beyond these accolades, I have tangible achievements in Data Analysis and Research Engineering, including co-authoring a USA Patent application that lead to a multi-million-dollar service contract.
Because business management, strategy development, program facilitation, and coaching all come so natural to me, I strongly believe that, given the right opportunity, I have the potential to impart the fields of management and behavioral science in a way that would benefit humanity for a very long time.
