You’ve created an amazing culture in our special TEC group, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Your many years of perseverance and leading by example has brought us to where we are today. I will be forever grateful for the personal and professional transformations I’ve been able to achieve in thanks to your efforts to create a safe and genuine environment that I’m not certain I could have made these changes without.

We too have been graced with the opportunity to experience your own personal and professional growth through these years, and I can tell you it is absolutely an inspiration for all of us to follow your example of reaching deep into those vulnerable places so that we can be the best humans we can be.

I so appreciate you bringing me into your TEC group back in 2006. It has been far and above the greatest return on investment for me personally and professionally. As the leader, you have always led by example and with your heart and values at the forefront; something admire and try to emulate myself. Thank you for your friendship, your guidance, for everything else you do for me and the group, and most importantly for just being you. You have made such a difference in the lives of so many.
