“I met Bill for the first time at a Chamber meet-and-greet where we were seated at the same table. Bill was keen to know and understand what we did as a business, and listened to me intently. When I reached the point in the conversation where I felt I had consumed all the oxygen in the room, I asked him “And you? What is it exactly that TEC does?”

As Bill spent the next few minutes explaining what TEC did for its members, I got the sense that Bill was doing this for the people in his group. It seemed like a very selfless endeavor for him, getting fulfillment and satisfaction from the time and resources he could provide to enrich and the lives and businesses of the individuals it served.

After joining and having some one-on-one time with Bill, he took on the responsibility of guiding and mentoring me through various challenges, providing me with the confidence and support I’m not sure I even knew I needed.

TEC, and our TEC group are lucky to have a group leader like Bill. He has the experience, and more importantly the personality and disposition, to keep us moving forward and accountable.
