My vision is to help members unlock their full potential and be a catalyst for profound personal and business transformation. 

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial journey, from early- stage struggles to strategic growth and eventual exit.  I launched my business from home and strategically expanded it over time, ultimately growing to seven successful locations across Alberta and British Columbia.  Our company achieved market leadership as the largest of its kind in Canada.  

 My leadership style is grounded in collaboration, purpose and practicality.  I have first-hand experience in what it takes to launch, scale, and lead a successful enterprise. I am motivated by meaningful work and helping others. I am passionate when it comes to empowering entrepreneurs, sharing real-world experience, and creating an impact that extends far beyond the bottom line. 

As a TEC chair, I support business leaders through peer collaboration providing a framework to navigate obstacles, capitalize on opportunities to accelerate growth and enhance leadership effectiveness.  

I am blessed to be married to my best friend.  I am the proud parent of 2 adult children and enjoy watching the paths they are carving out for themselves. I love to read, golf, decorate, learn new recipes and entertain friends.  As an angel investor, I bring hands-on experience to early-stage investing.
