“The contribution my TEC group made to my business success can’t be measured, which is why I decided to go from being a TEC member to a TEC Chair.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
If there’s one thing I learned growing up in a traditional Italian family, it’s that I didn’t want to be traditional. I may not have known right away that I wanted to build a business, but once I did, I knew it was exactly where I belonged.
In 2003, after several years in corporate HR, I launched Clear Path Employer Services with my husband Dave, specializing in HR and Disability Management. Over 14 years, we grew it into a nationally recognized service provider with 20 employees — learning the hard way, like many entrepreneurs, through trial and error.
I eventually realized I needed more than hard work and instinct to keep growing — I needed a competitive edge. That’s when I found TEC.
As a TEC member, I experienced firsthand the power of peer support for leaders. My Chair and my group provided invaluable guidance through major transitions, especially before and after selling my company in 2017. The insight, accountability, and encouragement I received shaped both my business and personal success in ways that can’t be measured.
That experience inspired me to become a TEC Chair — to pay it forward and help other entrepreneurs gain the same clarity, confidence, and community that I did.
I remain a passionate advocate for the HR profession, serving on the local HRPA board and supporting various community charities. Making a positive impact — in business and beyond — is what drives me. It’s a value shared by Dave and one we’ve proudly passed on to our grown children, Noah and Kathryn.
As a lifelong entrepreneur, I’m always dreaming about what’s next. One day, that might mean opening a cozy yarn shop by the water, traveling the world with Dave, and spending time with my family, fellow knitters, and my beloved fur babies.
For me, that’s the perfect blend of business and creativity, purpose and joy — the same balance I strive to help every member of my TEC group to achieve.
