Stefan’s Topics
This workshop addresses the shift in B2B and B2C buying behaviors, where 80% of buying decisions are made before customers reach out to a company. Despite this, many businesses have failed to adapt, treating websites as digital brochures instead of tools for customer engagement and education. The workshop focuses on answering the five key questions modern buyers ask—cost, problems, comparisons, reviews, and best-in-class—and provides strategies for creating content, enhancing communication, and using video to personalize the customer experience. Participants will learn how to position their businesses as trusted industry leaders, improve collaboration between marketing and sales teams, and increase conversion rates, ultimately driving more sales.
