Leo’s Topics

Using the Five Factor framework from The Power of Peers and Peernovation, participants engage in a highly interactive workshop, focusing on key factors like having the right people, creating psychological safety, maximizing meeting productivity, building accountability, and fostering servant leadership. Members rank their current state and define what it takes to reach their ideal, creating a gap analysis and action plan to close those gaps. This process often leads to a re-energized group, stronger member commitment, and clearer expectations for both leaders and members. At the end of the workshop, participants receive a detailed PowerPoint to deliver a similar experience to their teams.

The Peernovation workshop, rooted in CEO and executive peer groups, is designed for leaders looking to coach engaged, adaptable, and high-performing teams. Drawing from over a decade of research, fieldwork, and personal experience across North America and the UK, *Peernovation: What Peer Advisory Groups Can Teach Us About Building High-Performing Teams* offers valuable lessons for both team leaders and members. This program, adaptable for in-person and remote teams, emphasizes the idea that “the power of we begins with each of us” and aims to help you build the best teams to meet future challenges.

The *Who You Surround Yourself With Matters* program is designed for newly launched and transitioning groups, providing an aspirational experience that answers, “What do we want our group to look like one year from now?” Based on the Five Factor framework from *The Power of Peers: How the Company You Keep Drives Leadership Growth & Success* (2016), this interactive workshop helps groups envision their ideal dynamics in areas like having the right people, fostering psychological safety, maximizing session productivity, creating a culture of accountability, and defining the servant leadership needed for success. Participants develop a recruitment plan and make commitments to each other, resulting in a re-energized group with clear expectations and a renewed sense of ownership and purpose.
