David MacLean is a Chair for The Executive Committee (TEC) Canada, where he leads CEOs, entrepreneurs, and executives to “Dare Greatly.” A Master Chair and recipient of the TEC Canada Red Shoes Award, David has an extensive background in sports marketing and entrepreneurship. Before joining TEC, he founded MacLean Group Marketing and MacLean Sports Marketing, which earned numerous regional and national awards, including recognition from Profit Magazine for rapid growth. David’s company worked with over 100 professional sports teams across North America. He is also a TEDx speaker, professional educator, and passionate advocate for leadership, contributing his time to several non-profits. David believes in “prosperity for purpose” and has inspired leaders globally with his Wholehearted message. He resides in Kelowna, BC with his wife, Anne, and their two adult sons.
