TEC Canada’s hundreds of peer advisory groups across the country are individually facilitated and guided by TEC Chairs. TEC Chairs also conduct one-to-one executive coaching sessions with each TEC Canada member to dig deeper into member issues for real impact.

What is executive coaching?

TEC Canada’s best-in-class executive coaches (we call them Chairs) offer their skills and expertise from lived experiences, successes, and failures to elevate the growth and lifestyle of CEOs and business leaders. Through one-to-one meetings, Chairs provide a confidential, focused, and open environment to work through personal and professional challenges and equip members with the skills to make better decisions, create real impact, and become better leaders. Depending on the group tier, TEC Canada members can have up to monthly one-to-one meetings to receive expert and personalized advice from their Chair.
