Philosophy on Life “Since the age of 18, when facing major life and business decisions, I have tried to apply my rocking chair test. I fast forward to the age of 80 and imagine myself on the front porch rocking away and looking back at the decision from that perspective… It’s never failed!”

Julia’s natural talent for looking at an issue from different angles and her commitment to life-long learning and innovation has positioned her perfectly for the role of TEC Chair. She believes that “we don’t always have all the answers, we sometimes need others to see that there are new ways to solve old problems.”
