“I’m driven by a passion for finding the right talent with the right mindset, then coaching and empowering leaders to accelerate their growth and drive business success.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
My greatest joy — and my superpower — is helping people rise to challenges and feel proud of their work and themselves. I’m driven by a passion for finding the right talent with the right mindset, then coaching and empowering leaders to accelerate their growth and drive business success.
With 30 years of combined experience in business and the Canadian Forces Reserve, I bring a unique blend of diversity and achievement. At 18, I was already running a business while serving as an officer and playing football with the Rouge et Or, winning the 1999 national championship. These early experiences, rooted in a culture of excellence, laid the foundation for my career and shaped my leadership style.
My career in organizational transformation gave me the opportunity to work with diverse companies, understand their challenges and culture, and deliver measurable value. After 11 years in a large firm, I joined In 2014 the newly founded Levio Conseils and contributed to its meteoric rise to nearly 2,000 employees in just a few years. Recognized with multiple awards — including a 2nd place in the 2019 canada’s Growth 500 — Levio became a major player. In 2018, I succeeded the founder as head of the Quebec City business unit, driving revenue growth of over 20% annually for seven consecutive years.
My part-time military career quickly led me to lead larger teams and responsibilities within a demanding Regiment, where meeting objectives is non-negotiable. I commanded multiple large-scale exercises — including three in Canada’s Far North — led a specialized psychological operations unit, and deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan. I graduated from the Joint Command and Staff Course at the Canadian Forces College, a leadership and strategic planning program for commanding complex formations of 5,000 members.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy boating by the lake, traveling to beach destinations, running, and training. I’m also an avid builder, passionate about creating inspiring spaces where family and friends can gather and share meaningful moments. Above all, what grounds and inspires me most is my family life, which I’m grateful to share with my wife and our wonderful daughter.

Group Vision
I’ve been a TEC member for six years, and the experience has been so transformative that I decided to become a Chair myself.
My vision is to bring together a group of high achievers eager to share, challenge, and support one another in a private, innovative setting — enhancing their business decisions, driving growth, and enriching their personal lives.
