“In my TEC group, we create exactly that. We build momentum through truth. We lead with purpose, heart and strategy. And we grow—together.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
As a TEC Chair and internationally respected leadership strategist, I help high-impact leaders take action to make the kind of shift that changes everything—from how they lead, to how they live.
With over 20+ years of experience across the energy, mining, real estate, AI, Indigenous relations, and healthcare sectors, I bring deep multidisciplinary insight and a unique ability to connect business strategy with personal alignment. I began my career as a professional geologist and have since advised Fortune 500 leaders, scaled startups, built government policy, and coached founders through their most defining moments.
Today, I serve as President of the Saskatchewan Geological Society, CEO of The Synergi Advisory Group, a global company providing certified training to professionals, am the Vice President of Community Relations for the Project Management Institute (PMI) South Saskatchewan Chapter and as a Director for many non-profit organizations locally and across the globe. My leadership has been featured in USA TODAY, The Globe and Mail, CBC, iHeartRadio New York, The Los Angeles Tribune, and on multiple global business forums.
I’m also a certified NLP practitioner and TEC Canada Speaker, known for integrating neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and high-performance strategy into everything I do.
Holding an international MBA degree in transformational leadership and as a John Maxwell Certified Executive Leadership Trainer, I also integrate globally recognized leadership principles into my work to help high-performing leaders succeed and align who they are with how they lead, courageously, ethically, and with unprecedented impact. Whether I’m facilitating a TEC session or mentoring a CEO behind closed doors, my focus remains the same: to help empower leaders rise – with integrity, clarity, purpose, and courage.
Because the most powerful move a leader can make… is to stop leading alone.
