Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
As a TEC Chair, I create a confidential space where business leaders can bring forward real challenges, push their limits, and break through to new levels of success. Having been a TEC member myself, I know firsthand the power of a well-facilitated peer group. Those “aha” moments—where a single insight shifts an entire trajectory—are what inspire me most. CEOs in my group show up ready to receive these insights from fellow members, contribute their experience to others, and stay accountable to their agreements.
With over 30 years of experience, I bring deep expertise in strategic thinking and planning, brand identity, marketing, change management, and organizational culture —helping leaders build strong, scalable organizations while staying true to their vision through my consulting work.
I founded and led a global marketing firm specializing in international education since 2007. Along the way, I’ve navigated the complexities of growing a business, leading a remote team, and managing international communications. I believe in the power of meaningful conversations but talk alone won’t create transformation. The real growth happens when leaders challenge their fears, step outside their comfort zones, and take bold action. That’s the TEC energy I’ve come to appreciate.
An adventure-seeker at heart, I push my own limits and rally others to do the same through travel, backpacking, marathons, and scuba diving. As a seven-time Tough Mudder participant, I’ve learned that the biggest challenges are best tackled with a team. I lead with that same philosophy—collaboration fuels creativity, shortens the path to success, and helps everyone make better decisions.
Above all, I am a meaning-seeker and a community builder, always looking for ways to elevate those around me.

My TEC
Group Vision
I am building a group of business leaders who refuse to settle for the status quo. The entrepreneurs in my group are humble yet assertive—willing to receive feedback, challenge assumptions, and contribute to each other’s success. This is a high-accountability, results-driven environment where members experience business growth while also gaining back more time for the things that matter—family, hobbies, and personal fulfillment.
