“Who teaches executives to be executives? That’s what drew me to TEC— a proven mechanism of helping leaders harness the power of community, coaching, and pragmatic strategy to enable better decisions and achieve remarkable outcomes”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative programs of change and watching people and organizations unlock their full potential. As I grew into formal leadership roles, I was struck by the question: Who teaches executives to be executives? That’s what drew me to TEC— a proven mechanism of helping leaders harness the power of community, coaching, and pragmatic strategy to enable better decisions and achieve remarkable outcomes.
I began my career as a lawyer but quickly found my passion in transformational leadership. Over the last 24 years, I’ve worked in both public and private sector, led multi-billion-dollar transformation programs, held leadership positions in IT, strategy, and change management, guided a hi-tech startup to a successful exit, been Managing Partner of a consulting firm and even had the privilege of working with various specialist organizations such as the Navy S.E.A.L.S. One of my proudest achievements was leading a $48 billion digital aviation program with Boeing Commercial Airlines, where I learned the true power of adaptive thinking in complex environments.
Beyond my professional experience, I’m a lifelong learner with a deep love for strategy, leadership, innovation and I’m passionate about non-technical leaders leveraging the power of generative AI. I posses an MSc in Leadership and strategic MBA from Oxford. I am a published author in the field of business change and leadership and represented Mexico, US and Canada as the regional subject matter expert developing a global Agile practice standard. I teach strategy, project and change management to final year university students to enable the next generation of leaders prepare for the challenges ahead.
I’ve always believed in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul, which is why I also run a health and wellness facility. My leadership philosophy is grounded in servant-based and intent-driven principles, where I empower others to lead and achieve WOW! strategic goals that drive lasting impact. As a TEC Chair, I’m excited to work with high-performing leaders who are eager to tackle complex challenges, innovate, and make a meaningful difference in their organizations, personal lives and communities.

I’m proud of my diverse journey, but nothing compares to finding my partner in life. My wife and I share a deep connection and a passion for learning, and we’ve built a fulfilling life together with our 4 children. Outside of work, I balance my time between calisthenics training, learning the cello, motorcycling, volunteer board advisory, reading (psychology and neuroscience) and spending quality time with family. I strive to be remembered as someone who always met their commitments, delivered tremendous value, stayed true to their values, and inspired others to redefine what’s possible.
