In this session, we will explore the critical role business leaders play in nurturing a positive company culture that aligns with business strategy, helping to attract top talent and improve performance. We’ll dive into the process of intentional culture building, discussing how leaders can create a culture that supports organizational goals and how to maintain it during crises or periods of high growth. Using practical examples, participants will strategize and identify leadership behaviors necessary to foster a culture that drives productivity and business success.

In this session, we will explore how business leaders can intentionally nurture a positive company culture aligned with business strategy to attract top talent and drive performance. Participants will learn the process of culture building, discover what leaders can do to create a culture that supports business goals, and strategize on maintaining it during crises or periods of growth. In the second half, we’ll dive into team building, explore the stages of team development, and examine how leaders can guide teams through each stage using insights from Patrick Lencioni and Steven Covey. Participants will apply these concepts to their own businesses, identifying key leadership behaviors to move their organizations forward.

This presentation will answer the question, “How do we find and hire good people?”. In doing so, we will start by uncovering options beyond recruiting such that when we get to recruiting, the need is clear. As we delve into recruitment, we start with the 4 hiring methods and discuss when to use each as well as how to do each method. We follow the methods with examples of creative hiring which is sure to increase the applicant pool for any employer. The presentation wraps up with 3 things every professional recruiter’s knows that all hiring managers should too.

This session will explore how leaders can build high-functioning, productive teams by understanding the stages of team development and the essential building blocks for success. Participants will learn how to lead and manage teams through these stages, using activities and tools to identify their team’s current stage and strategies for moving forward. Drawing on the works of Patrick Lencioni and Steven Covey, the session will focus on leadership behaviors and activities needed to create cohesive teams, with real-life examples and discussions to help leaders drive team performance and achieve results.
