Embracing this change, he co-founded Advancing AI Wisconsin to foster learning and dialogue around digital disruption in the region. He developed the POP Framework—Posture, Opportunity, Preparation—to guide leaders in creating integrated, thoughtful strategies rather than relying on technology bets.
