Andrea Katz is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, Certified Fitness Instructor, and the founder of Best You Nutrition, a health and wellness practice dedicated to helping people 40+ rediscover their vitality through the power of food and daily habits.
Her journey is deeply personal. After losing her mother to cholangiocarcinoma in 2013 and her father to brain cancer in 2022, Andrea’s commitment to living a long, healthy life for herself and her daughter became her driving force. At age 43, she became a solo parent—an experience that fueled her passion to help others take control of their health before a crisis forces them to.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba and brings a deep understanding of the connection between food, mood, and behavior. Through her signature programs and tools like the Daily Food Mood Journal, she empowers clients to understand and listen to their bodies, track patterns, and build sustainable, personalized habits that promote lasting change.
Specializing in digestive health and behavior modification, Andrea focuses on helping people move away from “quick fixes” and instead embrace small, intentional steps that build resilience, confidence, and well-being.
