Al Moscardelli has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, starting with a seminar company where he organized leadership and sales seminars across Canada and the US. In 2000, he sold the business and partnered with international author and speaker Robin Sharma. As Vice President and General Manager at Sharma Leadership International, Al managed speaking engagements, workshops, client relationships, and leadership programs. Later, as CEO of “Lead Without a Title Global, Inc.,” he certified over 200 facilitators and worked with major organizations worldwide. Al has conducted workshops across multiple countries and is now a Certified EOS Implementer, helping entrepreneurial leadership teams achieve business success. He resides in Toronto with his wife and two children.
