A Little Bit About Me
With an appreciation for the diversity and challenges faced by people and businesses all over the world, I have launched into a global journey through 25+ years in high technology, doing business in more than 30. My career began in the dynamic computer business with Sperry Univac, then to Hewlett Packard Canada, where I quickly ascended the ranks. I then went on to a long executive career at Sun Microsystems in Silicon Valley. Returning to Canada in 1996, I made Ottawa my home, where I served as a senior executive for three global technology companies.
In my role at TEC, I strive to attract CEOs and Key Executives who are not only committed to lead successful business but also to live meaningful lives. I seek members who approach life with an open-minded attitude, are always open to learning, and are generous in their desire to contribute to the success of others. Additionally, I am a Best Practice Chair for Eastern Canada. In this leadership role, I help all Chairs in Eastern Canada elevate their TEC Chairing.
On a personal note, I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I have had the privilege of doing business in diverse locations including Los Angeles, New York, Israel, and Toronto. Alongside my wife, I am a proud parent to four children, two from each of our previous marriages. Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Management Sciences with a focus on Organizational Behaviour Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
