“I am committed to being a servant leader that brings the right people into the room to drive meaningful and actionable takeaways.”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
My mission is to make a tangible, positive impact on my community. For over 35 years, I’ve dedicated myself to driving growth and excellence in myself and others. By partnering with CEOs, business owners, and senior executives, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to organizational strategy, personal and professional development, ultimately leading to growth and success for their companies.
I am a seasoned executive that has lead international teams to deliver solutions to a global audience. I have extensive experience in procurement and service contract negotiation. I have shepherded my organization through mergers and acquisitions seeing strong engaged workforce in-place post-merger.
I am committed to being a servant leader that brings the right people into the room for safe and confidential interactions that drive meaningful and actionable takeaways.
My approach is guided by a philosophy of listening and understanding first. I thrive on the challenge of crafting and shepherding strategies that not only spur sustainable growth but also cultivate a culture of excellence within organizations. By prioritizing active listening and deep comprehension, I ensure that every initiative is tailored to address specific needs and challenges, maximizing its effectiveness and impact.
On a personal note, I’m a husband, father and grandfather. I enjoy slow travel with my tent, whether it is bike packing or canoeing. I have been an Executive on various non-profit boards and currently am a member of my local government promoting and improving self-powered movement in the city for work and pleasure.
