One of my interests is to foster high performing C suite professionals to be their very best both professionally and personally. This is done with the understanding of complete discretion and having a completely open relationship based upon trust, integrity and ethical morality. TEC puts a framework in place to allow like minded CEO’s to meet with the non -competing CEO’s to assist in a variety of business issues that may need some attention or further understanding. My group will meet once a month to discuss current member issues as well as have a group of world class speakers at the meetings.

My experience has been in the creative, manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing section of the marketplace – both domestically and internationally. I have also learned much about all the sub industries. This would be industries such as logistics transport, government agencies regarding duties/taxes and reporting. However, my strongest strength has been in human interaction between all levels of staff and their management teams. Intend to build a diversified group in manufacturing, professional services, technical fields such as IT, AI , scientific fields, fundraising , wholesale , real estate and of course large rental, leasing , financing, and insurance.

Reflecting on my achievements, several milestones stand out prominently. I established a manufacturing venture with a global footprint, extending into markets like the USA, Germany, and the UK. Additionally, I orchestrated the development of a vertically integrated corporate structure across five major Canadian cities, catalyzing substantial growth within a short span. Notably, I identified and capitalized on market opportunities, culminating in a significant sales surge and the creation of a much-needed brand identity. Central to these accomplishments was my adeptness in assembling and aligning teams to embody the brand ethos, both internally and externally.

On a personal note, I take great pride in my educational journey, particularly earning an Executive MBA from U of T Rotman, where I graduated in the top 10% at the age of 52. Beyond the boardroom, I channel my creativity through sculpting and multimedia commissions for renowned luxury brands, crafting installations that transcend conventional boundaries and resonate with audiences globally. Embracing innovation and pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking remain fundamental to my ethos, both professionally and personally.
